OPSIG is proud to again organize the Operating Sessions during the 2023 Texas Express National Convention this year! If you would like to participate in an Operating Session during the Convention, you will need to register at:


and use an Authorization Code to pick up to 2 layouts on which to operate in a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.

Of course, the earlier you registered for the convention, the earlier you might receive the needed code. There will be a "cattle call" in the SIG room at 4:00 PM every day for the sessions that evening, starting promptly at 6:30 PM. This is to coordinate and making sure everyone has a ride to the layout.

Some operating sessions might go longer than others, see the registration website for more details. There will also be some morning operating sessions, but without the crew call, Speed Muller will contact all morning participants by email to allow them to coordinate a ride with each other, either by phone or email. Closer to the Convention, any operating slots still not filled, we will allow registrants to pick more.
